Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to join our team on a commission-based, 1099 contractor basis. In this remote, flexible role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities by presenting ADI's comprehensive PR, communications, branding, and reputation management services to businesses, brands, executives, and organizations.  As an Independent Sales Consultant, you will operate autonomously in the field, engaging directly with prospective clients while leveraging provided tools, training, and support from our National Sales Director and leadership team. This opportunity suits self-motivated professionals passionate about marketing, communications, and helping clients navigate reputation and brand challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for ADI's PR and communications services through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building.  
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client needs and position ADI's solutions effectively.  
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close.  
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client interactions.  
  • Collaborate remotely with the ADI team via video calls, email, and shared tools to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.


Requirements  

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven outside sales experience.  
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.  
  • Strong self-motivation, independence, and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.  
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal and conversational skills.  
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to high standards of client service.  
  • Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings (as needed).  
  • Dedication of at least 15+ hours per week to this opportunity.  
  • Daily access to reliable internet and proficiency with Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
