Job Summary:
As the primary client liaison, the Senior Account Executive drives account success by building trusted relationships, overseeing daily operations, and delivering strategic results in a fast-paced agency setting. This role requires sharp communication, meticulous organization, and a knack for turning client objectives into impactful PR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead client contact, cultivating deep partnerships, aligning on goals, and anticipating needs to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end project execution: oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-team coordination to deliver on-time, on-strategy results.
- Partner with clients on strategic planning, uncovering growth opportunities, providing market intelligence, and shaping proactive communications approaches.
- Craft and present high-impact materials—including reports, proposals, pitches, and presentations—while leading meetings and swiftly resolving issues.
- Track account finances: monitor budgets, optimize profitability, manage invoicing, and forecast to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools.
